A Qi Gong and Sophropilates course 

Far from the hustle and bustle, in a setting conducive to a return to nature and rejuvenation , learn about gentle practices and improve your quality of life , through simple & effective daily methods.

A 3-day programme, organized with morning classes in dynamic sophrology, accompanied by expert advice to improve your well-being on a daily basis... You will also benefit from two 45-minute body treatments.

These few days will allow you to relax and recharge your energy!

Themes & workshops

Sophrology-Pilates:

Your mornings will be animated by Sophrology-Pilates sessions: slow movements based on breathing, inspired by Pilates. Stretching and muscle awakening sessions, tips and practices to continue to apply at home. For a moment of self-reconnection and deep relaxation, live your  body and mind in motion.

2 sessions of 1h30

Relaxation :

Free time to take time for yourself and relax. You will have access to jacuzzis and a sauna . In the middle of a very well preserved forest area, you can recharge your batteries during nature baths and walks .

Naturopathy :

Throughout your stay, you will enjoy healthy and balanced meals, previously validated by a professional naturopath. You will be able to appreciate his sound advice and recommendations through documentation to improve your daily diet.

Massage  :

During the three days, you will enjoy two body treatments to accompany your relaxation: a personalized massage to relax in depth, and hydration of your skin, with the sweet scents of almond and camellia....

2 treatments of 45 minutes

Cardiac Coherence 

Personal respiratory and/or emotional practice which allows to obtain a physiological state called coherence of the autonomic nervous system with a return to neutral , leading to an emotional, physiological and physical balance . We will offer you as part of this presentation physiological explanations as well as the "365" technique which will allow you to put it into practice on a daily basis.

1 conference of 1 hour

Qigong & walk  : 

To get the day off to a good start, you can enjoy a stretching and muscle awakening session every morning, before breakfast, facing the sunrise...

2 sessions of 1 hour

The program

Day 1 :  

2:00 p.m.: Beginning of the stay. Arrival & installation in the rooms

4:00 p.m.: Welcome tea (detox) and meeting of the participants: presentation of the three-day program and discovery of the premises

6:30 p.m.: Conference on cardiac coherence

8 p.m.: Meal 

Day 2 :

7:30 a.m.: Qi-Gong and walk in the forest

8:30 a.m.: Breakfast

10 a.m.: Introduction to Sophrology - Pilates

12 p.m.: Meal & sharing time around the practice of yoga, meditation...

 

In the afternoon: 1 treatment of 45 minutes & free time: access to the wellness area: swimming pool, jacuzzi & sauna;

Throughout the day: Tea break, detox, rehydration, followed by free time in the wellness and relaxation area

6:30 p.m.: Conference on Sophrology

8 p.m.: Meal 

Day 3 :

7:30 a.m.: Qi-Gong and walk in the forest

8:30 a.m.: Breakfast

10 a.m.: Deepening the practice of sophro-pilates

12 p.m.: Meal & sharing time around the practice of yoga, meditation...

In the afternoon: 1 treatment of 45 minutes & free time: access to the jacuzzi & sauna;

6:00 p.m.: Tea break, detox, rehydration, energy, review of the three days, & departure
