The respect of environment
Our second goal is to ensure that this action has the least possible impact on our beautiful planet. Share wonderful moments, while taking care not to damage the environment.
We are extremely lucky to be in a preserved place, where wild fauna and flora flourish in harmony on almost all of our estate.
To limit our impact, we have implemented various practices:
1- Water : Elimination of plastic bottles for reusable glass bottles, micro-filtered water on site (sparkling & still) with unlimited free access, installation of shower heads saving up to 65% water
2- Reduction of packaging by choosing bulk for fruit & vegetables and breakfast products
3- Waste management by selective sorting carried out by our team, and the possibility of doing so by customers

5- Electricity : Majority use of low energy bulbs
6- Fauna & Flora : Provision of regularly stocked cabins and feeders for birds, planting of flowers and trees for pollinating insects
7- Charging for electric cars: free access to Tesla & EDF terminals
8- Vegetarian & vegan food always available at the restaurant & at breakfast
9- 100% eco -labeled cleaning products
10- The bathroom products are certified organic , to take care of your skin but also of the planet. They are in refillable bottles to limit plastic as much as possible. We recently opted for soap graters to replace hand washing gels in the common areas!

Nous sommes engagés depuis notre création pour la sauvegarde et la protection du milieu naturel dans lequel nous nous trouvons.
Vous aurez la chance de croiser des animaux sauvages, respectés et protégés dans notre domaine où la chasse est interdite...
Les oiseaux et écureuils sont choyés avec l'installation de mangeoires...
La polution sonore et lumineuse est réduite afin de leur garantir quiétude et sécurité...
Partout nous entendons qu'il est difficile de voyager avec ses animaux de compagnie... Comme cela est triste !
Nos amis les animaux ont tout à fait leur place chez nous : chiens, chats ou autres, ils seront accueillis à bras ouverts !

Local consumption - Slow Food movement
Our commitment to the Slow-food movement is considerable and acquired over many years. We consume local & organic products as much as possible for the restaurant and breakfast. We favor and select small producers in our region to the detriment of large agri-food industries.
Some examples of our local pride:
- The farm "Au Clair de la Brune" - in Lauzerte: Cheeses, milk, butter, fresh cream, yogurts, fromage blanc
- The "Truffles of Montcuq" farm - in Montcuq: Black truffle
- Le Domaine de Métou - in Sainte Juliette: Organic fruit juice: apple, kiwi, strawberry, grape, with reused bottles
- La Treille de Lagarde - in Montcuq: Quercy and Lot wines in red, white and rosé
