A 3-day program, organized, with workshops and mini-conferences , accompanied by expert advice to improve your well-being and your quality of life .

These few days will allow you to recharge your batteries and (re)aware of the need to improve your lifestyle.

Themes & workshops

The sport

Nordic Walking

Sport from the Nordic countries , its benefits on the body and health are mainly at the cardiac level: cardiovascular endurance, pulmonary and muscular amplitude: 80% of the muscles are used, the vibrations due to the sticks strengthen and redensify the bones without attacking joints, joint preservation and back relief and flexibility gain

A 1h30 course walking through the forest and surrounding nature , preceded by a video presentation of Nordic walking, warm-up, initiation. The session ends with a return to calm and stretching.

Judo Taiso: 

Rich in its tradition and its history, its fundamental humanist concepts, its subtle technical heritage, judo allows constant evolution and real work on oneself. During the course, we will favor a more relational practice, more playful , more " souple ", which make possible the complex principles of judo and which does not exclude either the intensity of practice, nor progress.

We will also offer you the practice of Taïso, a modern method, built from traditional Judo preparation exercises. Its regular practice allows you to prepare your body well, to protect yourself and to improve your physical potential.

Health

Self-massages

Moments devoted to an individual session of acupressure: heal yourself internally thanks to self-massages. Discover these practices through traditional Chinese medicine workshops in Tuina, taking into account the meridians and acupuncture points of the body

Naturopathy

Throughout your stay, you will enjoy healthy and balanced meals , previously validated by a professional naturopath. You will be able to appreciate his wise advice and recommendations to improve your daily diet .

Fall prevention

Advancing age must rhyme with maintaining the widest possible autonomy on a daily basis in travel, sports activities... The work of balance remains a fundamental asset in the prevention of falls...

In order to avoid the first fall (often with serious consequences), specific exercises adapted to each person will be proposed in order to maintain balance.

Relaxation

Free time to take time for yourself and relax. You will have access to jacuzzis and a sauna . In the middle of a very well-preserved forest area, you can recharge your batteries during nature baths and walks .

Relax and take time for yourself, you will enjoy a 30-minute treatment of your choice: shoulder and back massage, hands, head massage, personalized massage.

Cardiac Coherence 

Personal respiratory and/or emotional practice which allows to obtain a physiological state called coherence of the autonomic nervous system with a return to neutral , leading to an emotional, physiological and physical balance . We will offer you as part of this presentation physiological explanations as well as the "365" technique which will allow you to put it into practice on a daily basis.

2:30 p.m.: Beginning of the stay. Arrival & installation in the rooms

3:00 p.m.: Welcome drink (detox): presentation of the program of the stay, discovery of the places and the speakers

4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Discovery of the site, walk in the forest 

7:30 p.m.: Detox drink pot to discuss a subject: Example: Theme of the day: Conference on cardiac coherence

8 p.m. to 9 p.m.:

8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.: Breakfast 

10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Introduction to Qi-Gong

12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.: Lunch 

2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.:  Body modeling and/or personal development session (Chinese medicine, acupressure massage, body treatments, reflexology)

4:30 p.m.: Free time: Well-being and relaxation area

6:30 p.m.: Detox drink pot to discuss a subject: Example: Theme of the day: In-depth Qi-Gong

8 p.m. to 9 p.m.:  Dinner 

Tuesday October 19  2021   :

8:00 a.m.: For applicants: Qi Gong to get the day off to a good start: stretching and muscle awakening, before breakfast, facing the sunrise

8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.: Breakfast 

10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Deepening of Qi-Gong

12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.: Lunch

2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.:  Body sculpting and/or personal development session (Chinese medicine, acupressure massage, body treatments, reflexology)

4:30 p.m.: Free time: Well-being and relaxation area

6:30 p.m.: Presentation of the summary booklet, testimonials on the stay, departure
