We work with fresh products, are constantly looking for the most local supply possible (locavore & short circuit) and when this is not possible we choose quality circuits, invest in the training of our teams and we have won many grateful labels. the quality of our services...

 

Here it's 100% homemade and 70% of products are of local origin.

We favor producers who are our neighbours, we highlight the appellations of our terroirs and try to have the lowest possible ecological impact.

A distinguished table

Our establishment is distinguished in many guides and labels: La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the Toques Françaises, the Gault & Millau Guide, the Michelin Guide...

" Maître Restaurateur ", a title awarded by the state on the basis of an audit carried out by an independent organization and guaranteeing more than 30 criteria including the  "100% homemade ”.

 

Our label " Cuisinerie Française " also guarantees that at least 70% of our products are regional and all of these criteria (Maître Restaurateur and Cuisinerie) are checked every year by Bureau Véritas Qualité France according to standard S-305.

The requirement and the delicacy

Passionate about fresh produce, from vegetables to fruit, including fish and shellfish, the chef has created his own cuisine which he reinvents with the seasons and according to his sensory wanderings.


The result, a delicate cuisine that deserves a number of glowing qualifiers so much the art, the manner, the textures and the subtlety of the tastes go together perfectly and very judiciously find their place in the elegant presentation of each plate prepared by this chef  friendly!

A house with discreet charm

This establishment, surrounded by forests and meadows, is a former hunting lodge and a place that was once dedicated to meditation and a return to calm.

The restaurant offers set menus from €24. It has 2 rooms, a "traditional" room  in Quercy stone and wooden beams and a more modern "panoramic" room overlooking the valley.

 

In fine weather, magnificent shaded terraces will be at your disposal to discover a breathtaking view.

Praise of Slowness

The "minute" preparation of fresh products prepared for you, deserves to cultivate patience.

We are convinced that quality often comes from the selection of raw materials, the attention paid to their preparations but also from the time we devote to preparing your dishes...

Our restaurant is therefore not recommended for people in a hurry or for those who want to eat in 35 minutes.

Our company is a united, responsible and socially committed company. We are dedicated to the well-being of our customers and for this we must also take into account that of our teams.

This is why in order to preserve the quality of life of our employees and to be able to offer you a quality service, we have decided to only open in the evening.*

The last orders are taken at restaurant  before 9:30 p.m.

Hoping that you will understand our approach, we thank you for paying attention to these schedules, which are important for the respect of our teams.

*We will always be open at noon for business meals in seminars, some important holidays (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day...) and for reservations of family celebrations.

Vegans and vegetarians welcome! When we say this, it's because we do it with care and involvement...


Our restaurant always serves traditional dishes and we seek above all to please those who have different tastes or needs.

A vegan starter, main course and dessert are on the menu... 

We also offer gluten-free products, to meet your desires while taking care of you.

 

You can enjoy a complete gluten-free menu. 

For people who aren't used to paying attention to this, you won't even notice the difference!

Our establishment is in the movement of the "Slow Food" concept: It is an art of living, a certain idea of food, combining pleasure and responsibility both vis-à-vis customers, producers and the environment.

Our approach aims to oppose the degrading effects of the fast food industry and culture which standardize tastes, to defend food biodiversity, to promote the beneficial effects of consumption  d local food and help the producers-artisans of the food industry who make quality products.
